6. Client Responsibilities

You retain ownership of all content you provide. We retain ownership of the website design, code, and any custom features we develop. Upon termination of service, you may request a copy of your content.

All intellectual property rights in our services, including but not limited to software, designs, and methodologies, remain our property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without written permission.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, we will provide you with a copy of your content and assist with the transition to a new provider if requested.

10. Limitation of Liability

FreshBrew Sites shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FreshBrew Sites from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
